Refund & Return Policy

Pricing for products and shipping is subject to change at any time. Once a purchase has been completed, pricing adjustments will not be applied retroactively in the event of future promotions, discounts, or price increases.

Because many of the products we offer are professional-grade skincare, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, altered, or expired products.

Eligible Returns

• Unopened, unused, and non-expired retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Eligible returns will receive account credit only.
• Account credit may be applied toward future retail purchases or aesthetic services at Prejuvenation Aesthetics.
• Refunds to the original form of payment are not provided.

Online Orders

For products purchased online or shipped to the customer:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Products must be received in their original, unopened condition to qualify for account credit.

Prejuvenation Aesthetics reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Gift cards, memberships, treatment packages, injectable products, prescription products, customized skincare regimens, and services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
